Healthcare Product Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We take product safety and hygiene seriously. To protect all customers and comply with industry standards, please review our return policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of healthcare and personal-use products, most items cannot be returned once opened. However, we gladly accept returns in the following situations:

Returnable Items

  • Unopened and unused products in original packaging

  • Returns requested within 30 days of delivery

  • Items damaged in transit (see Section 4)

  • Incorrect items shipped

Non-Returnable Items (For Safety & Hygiene)

For the health and safety of all customers, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used healthcare products

  • Medical supplies that have been unsealed

  • Products that have come in contact with skin, fluids, or bodily contact

  • Clearance or final-sale items

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before opening the package.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Go to Your Orders and find the order with the item you want to return. 
  • Select "Return"
  • Choose the item you wish to return and provide a reason from the list. 

3. Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned product.

Refund Conditions

  • Item must be received in new, unopened, and resaleable condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to appear on your statement.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Provide photos of:

  • The damaged item

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.


5. Cancellations

You may request cancellation before your order ships.
Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled.


6. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only for:

  • Incorrect item shipped

  • Damaged product

We do not offer exchanges for opened healthcare products or customer preference changes.
